  2. It is optional for buyers to leave a review for their orders. Maybe, they were not interested to give you a review and that is why went offline. There is nothing to do here. You can just hope that your future clients will leave a review. Asking for one is against the guidelines. Hope you understand.
  3. Deleting a gig that has even 100 reviews will not decrease the total number of reviews that is shown on your profile. It will remain unchanged. The reviews will also not be transferred to the other existing gigs as some people might assume. Thanks a lot!

  9. This is just my opinion. I think email marketing is the best method. You need to have a list of email addresses of potentials buyers. You have to identify which people are your clients in the industry and then target them. Thank you.
  10. Hey there, You must make a video of yourself for your intro video. If you use another person's video then it is not allowed in this platform. The video is only 20-60 seconds long so it should be easy to make. You just have to introduce yourself and let buyers know why you are the perfect candidate. Thanks.
  11. I think that you must talk to the CS about this. Open a ticket from Help Center and ask them explaining your situation. As far as I know, this is not allowed under the Guidelines of Fiverr. So don't do this without reading the TOS thoroughly. Thank you!
