What would be the difference if you open a new account and start fresh? Won't it be the same if you use the old account? So it is recommended to proceed with the old account. If your gigs are paused so contact Fiverr Support and they will guide you regarding it. Secondly, to create a second account is actually a violation of TOS so you cannot do that.

Simple: Try to respond to the messages on time i.e. within 24 hours..

If you really are a Social Media Manager, then you should know the reason of low impressions. Main reason is the poor gig galleries (sorry to say this) mainly primary gig image. Improve your gig galleries (all gigs) and add the relevant gig images there. Show the proof i.e. Before and After results. Social Media Marketing is one of the super competitive niche so I will encourage you to do a research on your niche to observe how other sellers are offering their services.

Hope, you're well now. 🙂 Yes that's the point now. On the top of that, Level 2 Sellers will have a benefit of creating 10 gigs only (after 14th March 2024). So pausing/deleting gigs should not be measured in overall success scores. I was actually into learning new skills but it looks like that it will be a waste of time to do that for Fiverr. So will have to look for a new platform where I can showcase my new skills easily. Fiverr is making everything difficult for everyone.

Well, we are gonna pause/delete only those gigs which rarely sells then it does not make any sense. Who will pause/delete those gigs which sells the best? No one is gonna help you with it as they are being unresponsive these days. They are confused like us too that's why you won't be able to get a satisfied response from them.

I am wondering that what does pausing or deleting a gig has to do with the revenue flow? What an illogical answer it is.

Yeah.. right after 14th March 2024 when every seller will be demoted based on new level system. Nothing is gonna happen I think. I mean Fiverr is not gonna think of us.. They are happy with their Product Releases so just wait and see what happens after 14th March 2024. But it's for sure that everyone will start backlashing again once the new level system is fully rolled out on 14th March 2024.

Hi too It's because of your public reviews: two 1* reviews (1 month ago and 3 months ago) plus one 3.7* (3 months ago) + one 4.3* (2 weeks ago) and 4* reviews (1 month ago). These buyers might have left you a negative private reviews which is why your gigs seems to be temporarily removed from the search results. Main result is your poor performance. Because of those reviews, your BSR have been dropped too. So it will take 3-6 months to get recovered from the effects of reviews. So try to improve your services and make your buyers happy via quality work.

If buyer is not leaving a review then why the sellers are being punished for it? Also, sellers cannot request their buyers to leave their review which is actually a violation of TOS. It should not be considered a violation now. Also, If not leaving a review is really being measured in success scores, then it is 100% totally wrong!
