  4. @engrfaiz Once the buyer requested a revision i never extended the delivery time. but always try to make it fast coz it will effect your gig place on the search result.
  5. @engrfaiz I am a graphic designer and on my Product Packaging gig i have provided more revisions and most of the times after the revision the delivery time will be past the due time and it never effected the delivery time statistic

  7. @engrfaiz No… if the buyer requested any revision and even if it is past the due time it will not effect you as a late delivery do not worry about it. If you are delivered the order before the due time your are safe.
  8. If you delivered the order before the due time just wait till the feed back from the buyer. Do not need to message them. If the buyer not responded within 3 days the order will be automatically marked as completed.

As far as i know, editing some contents of the Gig will make your gig disappear on search for few days till the editors approval and once it got approved it will not be in the same place due to missing views, clicks & impressions of few days, there for it will go down. It will take some more days to come to the previous place, but you can make it fast by Sharing your gig to Boost more traffic
  10. Once you logged into your fiver account click on your profile image and click settings there you can find you mail ID on dropdown list
  11. Always remember that the Good review is depends on the Satisfaction of your customer And the Customer Satisfaction is depends on the quality of your service. Quality of the service included the quality of the digital service you provided, Communication and on time function … etc.

  13. About the reviews you can see there is a drop down list on right side where you can select most recent , Negative or positive reviews to show … check that what you have selected and it will show the reviews according to this
  14. Recently this problem occurred at fiver and this is not only for you and most of us facing this issue … fiver will restore this soon.

Actually Most sellers facing this issue… if we allowed revisions we should to it even after the order automatically completed thats how the fiver system works … other wise there will be disadvantages for sellers. What i suggest is Fiver CS should do some modifications in this regard… if the order marked as completed it should be completed … they should not allowed buyer to cancel there order or review on it… coz they have given 3 days time limit for them to take any actions. The review should be marked from Fiver as “order automatically marked as completed”
