  1. Looks good but as pointed out by Milos, the second picture needs updating. Use 1280 x 769 px size to fit perfectly.
  2. There are tons of threads on this question. Try searching for some on this forum. Here's also a few examples: Make sure your gig is professional, impressive and inviting. Your images should be clean and high quality, try uploading some videos to your gig as well Secondly, you have to try and promote your fiverr gig outside of Fiverr, perhaps on social media, quora and forums. Thirdly, patience is important as well, use low prices to get started and build up your reviews.
  3. Not sure what you mean. Help you with what?
  4. Hi guys, what is the best way to send a buyer artwork and graphics that you made for them to get feedback and approval before final delivery. Because they can just take the files from message inbox without accepting the final delivery and I was wondering if there is a way to do this to lower the risk of buyers running off with your work without accepting delivery.
  5. Sorry to see you had to go through that. Hopefully, strict action will be taken against him.
  6. I've only been on Fiverr for a month and a bit. Yet to recieve a single brief.
  7. The best way is to find places relevant to your field and engage with people there and answer questions and help them. You can put a link to your gig there. Places like Quora, Facebook groups and forums are places you can check out.
  8. Yes, they can and it is a risk. So if you send them, send them a rough draft or lower resolution and not the entire work you did. And also, if you're a Fiverr Seller Plus subscriber, you can get stats on the buyer such as reviews. It can show you if someone is genuine and has a good past record of buying. And I think the work you send on messages upload also has Fiverr watermarks on it. (Hopefully someone can confirm/correct this). But most buyers on Fiverr are genuine and they won't take the work and run off.
  9. Hi, your profile and gigs look fine. I think you can try and pro-actively promote your gigs outside of Fiverr such as on social media or other forums and places like Quora. If you find and join a conversation about the services you profile and answer people's questions and help them, whilst sharing a link to your gig, it will help you get more impressions and clicks.
  10. Yes and I believe the reason is that if the buyer presses accept, you will get paid but the work is not complete and it will cause a lot of issues. So don't do that. As Donnovan said above, if you need to share a draft or get feedback, use the file upload in messages.
  11. You can try to be a bit more pro-active in promoting your gigs. You can go on Quora and answer peoples questions about things they ask which are related to the service you provide and share a link there to your gig. Do watch the Fiverr Free Course as there are some great tips in there. But I think the word you are looking for is pro-activity
  12. In a fair world, that would be ideal but we live in a world where profit is King and so that explains that.
  13. It looks good but highly recommend you take this free fiverr course. It will actually help a lot in learning the in and outs of selling on fiverr. https://learn.fiverr.com/courses/take/online-freelancing-essentials-be-a-successful-fiverr-seller/lessons/7127857-14-utilize-quick-responses-1-51
  14. Wow thanks for posting this. Learnt something new today. Thank you
  15. Personally, I wouldn't go back and remove any of his stuff. Let it be. He will get what he deserves in some way shape or form if he wronged you and you will recover what you lost. Its in situations like this where its time to show whether you will be the bigger man or not (I know this is off topic from fiverr) but its a life lesson as it applies to all aspects of life...including Fiverr and any other business you will undertake generally. Its a good ethical foundation. Secondly, if you do that...he might want to seek revenge and send fake orders your way and keep on cancelling through other fake accounts he might set up. People can be very petty. So, in my opinion its best to let the situation go and move on. Don't lose focus from what your task is which is to provide an excellent product/service and that's it. Rest take care of itself. Situations like this can take away focus. I was in a similar situation just last week. But I didn't go into his account and remove the work. I said to myself that its fine, let him have it. Even though his actions messed up my completion rate and set me back what could be a month till level up to level 1.
  16. Sorry to hear that. Something similar happened to me. A guy asked me to post social media content to his TikTok. So I made a plan in an excel to show him what captions, images and hasthags will be posted with date and time. He cancelled the order after I sent him this for checking and later I noticed he had posted on his TikTok himself according to the plan I create. I wasn't upset about this as much as I was about Fiverr cancelling the order and it affected my order completion rate. But you move on and understand that its part of the business.
  17. Your gig looks good. Perhaps you could add some examples of previous work. Some screenshots or stats of what you achieved with your ads. Other than that it looks good.
  18. You need to give more information pelase. What was said exactly?

    GIG

Yes and you also have to actively promote your gigs outside of Fiverr. Try finding ways to get people to visit your gig from other places.
  20. I did and I must have sent a lot of CV's with hardly any response. So its probably best to avoid it.
  21. Welcome, Fiverr Forum is good for asking questions and learning more. People are always happy to offer words of wisdom and share their experiences on Fiverr.
  22. I tried searching for your gig but your username is not coming up. Welcome btw.
  23. Yes this happened to me just a few days ago. I made a thread about it. I was working towards achieving my level 1 status selling me service way cheap. This person did exactly what you said. Problem after problem when there wasn't any. And any small things he had to say I fixed for him which were his mistakes. He told me he wanted to have something posted at 12am on TikTok, I was to post it, and I did. Next day he said "why did you post at that time, I said 12pm"...so I showed him his previous message where he said 12am. He admitted his mistake. And then it was just one issue after another. He cancelled, Fiver support cancelled it on my behalf and because of that my completion rate fell to 80% otherwise I would have been fine with the 90% requirement. I was so gutted. I shouldn't have sent him the scheduling plan I made for his TikTok...I guess he got that and thought he could just copy and paste it all him self.
