A few if I remember. But all started when I've updated my thumbnail (first time after 4 years) + increased 10$ on my gigs. Then I had 1 order cancellation (from CS -buyer place the order on the wrong gig-) so i thought I was safe. NOPE. After 2 weeks I had to drop my rates again since i thought that was the main issue. And now I'm here. Doing slightly better but definitely not as months like Jan, Dec or Nov. Maybe I decided to update my gigs at the wrong time, but this is SO weird. Never happened to me until this new update

Exactly the same! From end of February all orders and new buyers stopped all of a sudden even if my stats are doing great and been "Fiverr Choice". Went from 15+ order each month to like 3 from new clients now. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

I'm kinda "happy" hearing I'm not the only one going through this, but I guess we all need to just wait a bit longer :/

Not exactly the same, but in the same month (more or less start of February) I had a significant drop of orders and message from buyers. I don't know what It is, probably from a bad private review, but it happened overnight PS: this happened after I edit the thumbnail, but not sure if it is correlated

Exactly the same issue I have. Since February all my orders and messages stopped overnight! I'll wait a bit longer and than I guess I'll edit a bit my gigs, but this so weird. never experienced in 4 years of Fiverr

A lot of us are facing a drop in new orders and messages from old and new buyers. I don't know what is going on! Hope for the best, but it is really something out of our control

I know the struggle @techfiverr I've checked some other posts in the forum and all i can say is that we are not alone in this. I saw a few other people stopping receiving orders/messages from new clients around January/February. I gave all my best with my gig and my job the past 4 years since i genuinely love it, but it's something that we cannot control unfortunately!

I don't know to be honest. I really never experienced this before so i don't know the reason behind it. Hopefully it's a matter of time

Same here. I've worked with Fiverr for lik 4 years now, and this is the first time that happen to me as well. No more new messages, no more orders, and my gig score is 9. i don't even know what to do

UPDATE ON THIS! i don't know what to do anymore. • I'm appearing on the first page of the search result • my gig score is 9/10 • I've always had like 5 orders a week • tried to get in touch with CS 5 days ago but never got a reply. Everything seems to be slowly dying and I don't even know why. I literally just change a thumbnail and never got a single message from new buyer from then (20/02/24) Any thoughts? do you think is just a negative private feedback? @priyank_mod @mandyzines Is there a way to get in touch with CS since they are not responding? I appreciate your help and time!

@priyank_mod thank you for the help. What do you think is better? Waiting a bit more, or trying to change (again) the gig? To be honest I'm kinda afraid to do that ahah

@priyank_mod Ok so do you think it's just matter of time and just wait? I don't want to change it again since i'm afraid it could be even worse my success score is 9 and my gig scores are like 9-10-8 and 6
