    If you wish to add a video you can add a thumbnail from the frame of the video rather than that you can use your image's Thumbnail but if a video exists the video thumbnail will show first as default!

    I believe the hosting site is broken or the client gave you the wrong one! You may just request that the client provide you with a workable File!

    Sure, I get that, but those were only words! Just saying! However, it appears that Fiverr no longer allows certain static services. In the past, I have seen some services that were no longer offered, such as selling email databases, quotes images, and so forth.

    I have a suggestion: you could create a stock graphic collection by hiring a freelancer on Fiverr! That could result in passive income!

    Perhaps some do this and some do not, but in my opinion, it is OK to include notable projects on your resume rather than Fiverr!

    I Agree with @newsmike That is marketing, not stealing.. I'd want to add that you should do something to keep them working with you since if a customer thinks you aren't worthy/capable of providing them with excellent quality work or decent communication, it's natural for them to go for something better!

    The biggest advantage of Fiverr is that it will provide us with clients so that we do not have to hunt for new projects! And it is because of this uniqueness that Fiverr is one of the greatest!

    It's fine to update your gig images if you believe you have anything better than this one! You may even edit your tag, description, and so on! It can give you more impression than before but the caution is if your new elements are not good enough, it could backfire!
