I got scammed as well so I would recommend avoiding this tactic, if you must then do it with repeated trusted buyers only.

As far as I know, warnings are permanent and can't be removed. Also if you get 3 warnings then you're most likely to get banned. I would suggest improving yourself so that you don't get any warnings in the future.

Your gigs don't disappear when you're offline, you'll still receive the messages that you would've received when you’re online. But there might be an exception if the buyer filters to online sellers only.

This type of cancellation happened to me for a really small order but it was bank related issue so I was refunded the amount. If you have proof that you completed the requirements for the order which I hope you broke it down on the custom offer description or better if you select a gig package, Let CS know about that and hopefully, you might get refunded But if that’s not the case then better to leave it as is and grow from this experience.

There are no threshold of impressions or clicks to get you an order. You can try to be convincing with images and descriptions to turn those clicks into sales.

You never know, Same thing happened to me too although I still doubt if any of my clients gave me negative private feedback as all were repeated clients back then when this happened to me. This can also be part of gig rotation which cycles and gives a fair chance to everyone. I don't think anyone has their gig ranked on the first page at all times.
