  1. But I will lose a gig with credible 100+ 5 star reviews and when it won't even affect my Success Score it will be foolish to delete it, instead, I would try to make tweaks to it and see how it goes.
  2. I've tried to optimize it a few times during the period. It worked for me before but nothing happens now. Surprisingly whenever I change the gig thumbnails to better ones suddenly my promoted gig option gets disabled, and that's funny tbh. That's my main gig - https://www.fiverr.com/s/wvm0zA As you can see in the screenshot in the main post there are 5 cancellations out of 200 orders among which CS handled 4 and told me these won't affect my metrics. But what I have learned so far from the forum is that it is affecting now even if they were handled by CS in the past. The 4 stars that I'm usually getting now are because of the new rating system. Buyers are confused. Even if they are happy with the outcome they end up giving a lower rating and that's unfair, to be honest. Even if Fiverr wants us all to come out of the 5 star mindset on the platform it shouldn't be forcing buyers and confusing them in a way they end up giving such ratings. They could have taken ideas from their competitors and maybe should've added a few more options to rate stars and that would have been fine but I do not think this is the right way.
  3. Yes. And it affects even more with the new level system because earlier it impacted your profile/gig for a couple of months and then the stats were reset and the negative effect was gone, but now it's gonna stay with you for a couple of years.
  4. I am wondering what if I risk it and delete my main gig which has around 120 reviews with an overall 5 star rating? Will this change the overall Success Score? The current gig seems to be almost dead getting around 20-30 impressions per day and it has been like this since December. Maybe deleting it would get rid of the negative impact on my profile from this gig. Has someone tried anything similar? Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.

  6. In my opinion both are unique in their own ways. PayPal doesn't charge you any fee but their conversion rates are low as compared to Payoneer but it charges a particular transaction fee everytime you withdraw. I would suggest if you're withdrawing less amount then go with PayPal but if you're withdrawing larger amounts like $500-$1000 and so on then go with Payoneer. Personal Tip - Try withdrawing during bank opening hours in the morning IST through Payoneer and you'll get your funds by the end of the day in your bank account. Works for me everytime with my SBI account.
  7. I'm surprised that it offended you. I just tried to let you know how serious this can be. A single order would mean nothing if you go ahead and just cancel it with the CS but what you are doing can get you banned for life on the platform. It's your choice anyway. Why is that? I'm not sure if your client is rude or racist to you but this can be a serious concern for any buyer if they see your location flippin. I can see your profile says you're from Spain. If you are a digital nomad or something just let them know about this. And if nothing works out simply go for cancellation for the sake of your mental peace.

  10. That's a violation of Fiverr's TOS. You could instead keep the conversation within the platform and contact CS and tell them about the situation.
  11. Nope. Exactly the same since the beginning. I can't say about private feedback, this sounds to be a valid point because I've done around 10 orders this month with my regular clients and a couple of new ones. I'll surely check this with them.
  12. I am on 4 since the start of the new level system. Even after delivering perfect work and happy customers the success score hasn't moved a bit. Fiverr says it updates daily but I don't see any changes to it at all. I've completed around 10-15 orders during this period. I saw across the forum that many are on 4 and unable to improve even after delivering. Also, the screenshot I attached doesn't have the low-performing notice as the others have on their profiles. It's all so confusing at the moment. I think I'll have to move my focus now from Fiverr.

  14. I have the same question. My performing gigs aren't getting orders since the last 3 months and I'm not sure whether I should update my existing gig which is also eligible for gig promotion.
  15. I am a Level 2 seller on Fiverr since 2022, having completed over 250 projects with 120+ 5-star reviews. Initially, I experienced consistent growth, with increasing orders and revenue each month. However, starting last November, orders slowed down, and in December, they nearly came to a halt. Currently, I'm solely working on projects for my regular clients. While I have Promoted Gigs active, it seems to be spending without generating the desired results, despite its past success. I'm uncertain whether this issue is unique to me or if others are facing similar challenges these past months? My primary gig is regarding Canva Flyer/Brochure designs.
  16. I am very curious to know about what we should be doing to manage some time off as working constantly starts to take toll on the mind and body and taking a break becomes necessary. Last time I put my account on vacation mode and saw drastic negative impact on my gigs even after I became available. All my gigs de-ranked and the Promoted gig eligibility was taken back from my gig. So this time I am more cautious about how to manage this. I would really love to know some good suggestions from people who manage some time off with their family or friends while not impacting their Fiverr account.
  17. Same thing happened to me a few minutes ago when someone messaged me regarding a project but they've set themselves to unavailable. I reported their message immediately with the other options in "report" section and explained to fiverr that they are unavailable to answer back. As a precautionary measure I also blocked the client. Let's see how it turns out to be.
