Promoted Gigs having clicks without getting messages
blazegoldburst replied to enoch_sales's question in Questions
We can't be sure that buyers will always message us when we use the promoted gigs feature. It might happen sometimes, but other times it might not. The marketplace is really busy, so anything could happen. -
Client cancelled the order after delivery is accepted and 5 star rating
blazegoldburst replied to aashish25c's question in Questions
When you give someone their order, make sure it's just right and doesn't have any mistakes. If there are problems, there's a good chance they might cancel the order and ask for their money back. -
It might take some time to get your first order. Fiverr is a very competitive marketplace. Keep working on yourself, your gigs and also do a lot of research about what would work the best for you.

What can I do If I don't get any order form fiverr?
blazegoldburst replied to abdullahalma472's topic in Gig Advice
My advice would be to reevaluate your gig descriptions and ensure that they are interesting and accurately represent your skills. You can consider optimizing your gigs for search engines, promoting your services on social media platforms by targeting specific buyers in your niche. A successful freelance career takes time and persistence.- 1 reply

How i get my first order because i am not getting any breifs?
blazegoldburst replied to manans_design's topic in Gig Advice
It can take some time to get your first order on Fiverr, but there are things you can do to increase your chances. Improving your gigs and researching what works best on the platform can help. Additionally, you have come to the forum at the right time and can learn from the experiences of other sellers. Keep working on your gigs and don't give up, your first order will come. -
You can request the client to view the files by using any other device. They can download the thumbnails on their laptop and view them. If the error still persists, you can rework on it.

can I give free service to the buyer without order?
blazegoldburst replied to md_naim1's question in Starter Questions
You can work for free for anyone but you should never work for free. It is a waste of time and will not add much value. -
If you have delivered the work and things are not getting sorted out between you and the buyer, then it is best to contact the Customer Support. Don't cancel the order. If you have completed the work according to the requirements, then you deserve to be paid.

can I give free service to the buyer without order?
blazegoldburst replied to md_naim1's question in Starter Questions
Do you want to work for Free? Or are you planning to give a free gift? -
You will never have control over any outcomes. You can communicate your difficulties with the client. It is their choice to accept, decline or to ask for revisions. If something is beyond the scope of the gig, you need to communicate that too with the buyer and the customer support (if the need arises).

The buyer's request was indeed a very convenient feature for most new sellers. Now it is gone. We will have to adapt to the system and work accordingly.

If you are a new seller, it will take you some time. You will have to research thoroughly about what works and what will not work for you. You can use this forum for your research too. You will learn a lot and work for the best.
-
Also remember one thing... my device, my choice, I can do whatever I want to. You are no one to tell me whether I am desperate or not.
-
I think you are the one desperate here. You don't need any orders, then go for it.
-
My device is always online. If you are inactive, then you might miss the messages from your potential buyers.

how I do rank my gig on the first page?
blazegoldburst replied to yasinarafatpro's topic in Gig Advice
To grow on Fiverr will take some time. You will need to do a lot of research. You can try creating more gigs for now and find your answers on this forum. -
If they are willing to place an order within the platform, then yes, they are genuine. If they are asking you to contact them outside the platform, they are not legit. Also, the buyer could be a first time buyer on the platform. It could be their first buying experience.

Did you skip responding to messages from a new buyer?

Direct purchase without a prior discussion.
blazegoldburst replied to rezaulkarim583's question in Starter Questions
You should discuss with the buyer about the budget and the delivery extension if that is the case. Sometimes, the buyers expect more in a limited budget and we will always come into situations like that. They should know what the gig would offer them. If they are going beyond the scope of the gig, you would need to send them another custom offer. The consequences could also vary. The buyer might accept your offer or might choose to cancel. If you can increase your prices, you will get clients who value your time. -
Keep on doing your best work and don't focus on results. Fiverr is a very competitive marketplace and everything takes time.
