I don't get any brief for almost 2 months 😕 @vickieito - I used to get order by buyer request but now I am waiting for a buyer to come to me, and that is not motivational at all.

Fiverr new policy is not good at all, replacing buyer request by briefs would end up with the competition needed, and no welcomming new sellers at all.

I am writing this post to Thank Fiverr for the transparent, responsible, and fair customer support they had which works 24h/7. I want to tell the sellers that you should be proud of them and believe that they do their job transparently and treat both the sellers and buyers equally. you just need to be right and communicate any problem you have to them clearly with proof and they will do their best to solve your problems or provide an explanation for their decisions. The tips is to believe in Fiverr customer support and to communicate your problems clearly.

I agree, but once you propose your work for a low-cost to a buyer he/she would never give you a higher price 😉.

Thanks, Yes, I raised my price but sometimes I found myself bound to accept a work for low-cost to maintain my rate performance but always suffering with those buyers.

I agree Mr @williambryan392, I always face this problem almost with all those buyers who need their work done for a low cost, and even when my delivery is accurate. On the other hand, the buyers who I charge a fair price appreciate my work and give me a Tip and positive reviews. I thought Low-cost would attract buyers but it just attracts bad/unprofessional buyers as you said.

Hi Fiverr Seller, As a Seller, I don't know why I always face problems (Order Cancellation, Lots of unreasonable revisions needed, Poor communication...) with the buyers I charge a low cost.
