  1. Yeah, I don't know about that. As you said, It is an English-speaking platform indeed. I wonder how they would perform after a potential buyer contacts them and what that would sound like.
  2. True, But still better than this. 😂
  3. The best advice I could give you? Go and install Grammarly first.
  4. Hi guys, Let me do a small introduction. My name is Mano and I am working under the name PowerjinglesNL. I started in 2015 on Fiverr with a couple of gigs in the audio area everything went fine but suddenly my dad who was my best friend had the awful news that he had cancer. Shortly after the sad news he passed away, it broke me as he was not only my dad but also my best friend. When he passed away I got a big depression and without thinking to put my Fiverr gig on pause I ignored everything around me including my Fiverr gigs. What happened is that a lot of customers ordered gigs and I never saw the orders as my focus wasn't here anymore. After picking myself up and getting out of this depression I returned to Fiverr and started picking up my gigs again after seeing all the negative feedback that the buyer ( me ) wasn't responsive I removed all my gigs and just started fresh again being set back to a level nothing. ( Now back on level 2 ) I started with what I originally started with creating 5-dollar gigs and delivering more for less just to make sure I became in the picture again and this worked out, in about a month or two I got 45 orders and all 5-star reviews which is great of course but now I am wondering, when is the right time to upgrade from my 5 dollar gigs, I do get bigger custom orders but my main gig is still a 5-dollar gig, I changed the prices a little bit now, but I am wondering if I did right with doing so. So I would like to hear some of your troughs about this matter. What would you do? And did I do well upgrading after getting 45, 5-star reviews or did I have to wait? Looking forward to your feedback. Much love, Mano. - PowerjinglesNL
  5. Congratulations, What an amazing milestone. Keep up the good work and you will reach the 300 soon enough.
  6. Address the issue to Support and see how they handle the issue, In the meantime deliver the work and make sure you get a positive review, and then if you no longer wish to work with him/her you can always decide to block the person being able to add more orders. But I would be super careful with shouting out that a buyer is blackmailing you. it is a pretty big thing to say such things in public.
  7. I am glad we have Bank, Paypal or Payoneer here in The Netherlands. Personal I would never ever use Payoneer, Them fees are just out of this world like for real.
  8. give it time, a couple of weeks. Rome wasn't built in one day either.
  9. I am from The Netherlands. Back in the 90's when I was a young age I did not know a word of English, Only Dutch. I picked up English at a later age. I was in a gaming group and 90% of their members were from all over in England. So not only it was online that I learned how to speak the language but after some years I spoke English with an accent, When I speak English now people ask me all the time if I am from London or Manchester or Liverpool or even say that I am a mix of everything it helped me a lot as I now work with 98% of my customers who are speaking English. Next to that, I am close to the German border so I speak also German like I speak Dutch. So now I have the advantage of speaking Dutch, German, and English at age 42.
  10. 1st, Welcome back. 💕 2ND, I have seller plus premium and I love the hack out of it! It gives me so much more insight into things and opens up a world to reward my buyers by sending them coupons on their next order so that I generate more returning customers. Yes, I love it, I love it, and I can recommend it to anyone eligible for it.
  11. That is why I request private messages to discuss with the buyer what he wants and how he wants something. Just to make sure I have got all the correct info and that I do not have to ask the buyer any more questions because now I can deliver my work as soon I finish it which I try always to do within hours of the order, even when I put 3 days on it I always try to deliver it the first 5 hours-ish and if that fails because of extra time I need I always have the spare 3 days to use, but I never have used so much time because I know I am active and working hard to finish on time so I get zero penalty's in receiving more orders. It is your own mind-set you need to adjust sometimes to get the perfect results out of it.
  12. I do not agree with you there. I think it's an amazing feature. It allows me to tell my buyers I am not there yet to reply to their messages but I will be there within a certain amount of time to discuss their questions or to set up their custom order. It is for any buyer satisfying getting an answer quickly or at least the attention they deserve to get. Not only is it super useful but it will also almost guarantee that buyers will say that they have had the best communication. Goodluck 👍🎉
  13. Welcome to Fiverr. Hope you have a lot of success. if I could recommend you one thing, it would be to go with fewer gigs at the start and to focus on just one and go from there and build slowly up more as you gain a higher level. I started in 2015 and that worked out pretty well for me. Although I was not always active enough as a seller, which was a missed shot for me I still reached 400+ orders till now, and from this point, it is growing and growing each day and I am super thankful for that. Hope you are going to be super successful also. Have a lot of fun! Mano - PowerjinglesNL
  14. If you have set this option on, where can you change the message later if you want to change it?
