You can no longer work as a seller, only as a buyer. From what I see, the problem was that you were offering to physically meet and photograph people, which would be an off fiverr work.

You have no severe penalties. There is one warning about spam, it looks like you contacted a buyer directly and offered your services.

Your account is restricted to block. It will lead to block/ban (permanent), it is just that you have 90 day period (77 days remaining in your case) to finish ongoing orders and withdraw money. There are minor penalties, like warnings. In your case, with clone accounts, it usually leads either to block or to de-ranking to a new seller, not participating in levels anymore and barely being seen in search results. Unfortunatelly your penalty is block after 90 day period, as mentioned above. The customer support probably won't answer to your multiple messages.

Sometimes the low success rate is caused by negative private reviews and some delays in order and communication which might seem legit, but these are the new rules.

It will lead to a ban. You have time to finish ongoing orders and withdraw money. Allowing a banned user to create a new account would make a ban pointless.

Those are the rules, you can't set a lower price for that service.
You might want to change your English level from fluent to basic. The buyers can easily see that this info is not true.

I don't see any restrictions on your account. But if you say that your brother just started from the same ip, you might get restricted/flagged. He could have just opened an account from a different ip address.

There aren't any platforms where you just pick a job. At least not any who pay decently. Here, you have to wait for the buyer to order. Maybe you would want to explore the "Tips From Sellers" section of the forum where you can find info/tips on how to start your business on Fiverr.

I was shocked to see that even on Quora, when someone asks for help, people swarm the topic with AI answers. Not to mention sellers with AI introduction, coming to the forum asking for help, and you can sometimes even have a problem understanding what they want because of low level english.

Yes, they usually don't reply when the decision is final. The problem is that the found clone account/s - you made 2 or more accounts from the same IP/device or with similar email or profile picture. Maybe it's an old abandoned account, account you made for a friend/relative, but it still counts.

The gig picture can be much more atractive and you can add more gigs. If your impressions don't lead to clicks, then the gig title, price or picture might be the reason.

You can write to the support, but have in mind that they probably heard about these kind of explanations, so I'm not sure there is a great chance of your profile getting unrestricted.

It's flagged because you created more than one account from the same ip/device or they found similar emails or profile pictures or a combination of these factors. Usually their decision is final.

No matter how much money is in the game, it is not worth destroying your health. Maybe some buyers are so impatient that they want only a seller who is online, but the majority want someone who is experienced or a new seller who attracted them with his optimised gigs/bio.

Don't discourage yourself ! I see that order cancellations and communication were a problem. Sometimes you just get a problematic buyer and it can lead to chatting problems, conflicts and eventually cancellations. A buyer can leave a private negative review. These new rules are much more strict and might seem unfair, but you will have to wait for about 3 months more - the most important thing is that you're doing a great job with old customers.
