  1. It is wise to be honest. The support answered you and told you to contact Payoneer. Maybe this opening and deleting profiles multiple times caused some problems with Payoneer itself.
    Advice and don't get offended: I realise family/friends relations differ from country to country, but this combining profiles, sharing the same device etc often causes this kind of problems, the support blocks double accounts, fake identity accounts etc. And I don't understand why other withdrawal methods are also disabled.

  2. You can see that you no longer have a top rated level. Based on what I have found on your profile, you are probably already experiencing low visibility in search results. And I don't see support changing their decision. Rarely they do , even when us mods interfere. I don't think there will be an option for you to level up anymore.

  3. You created more than one account from the same device/ip/similar email/profile picture and you are now flagged and cannot participate in leveling. I am afraid that they won't change the decision.

  4. I am sorry, my mistake. Usually, they restrict after discovering clones. Nevertheless, the problem is that they won't answer you because their decision is final. You can only work with old customers and cannot participate in the level system. It's like you are banned, but you are not banned. I don't think that many users will be satisfied with this kind of situation.

  5. You've done some great work here, but this is something that happens a lot these days, after some recent changes in Fiverr rules/moderation. You created more than one account from the same device/ip/similar email/profile picture and you are now restricted to block. This decision is usually final and you have time to finish ongoing orders and withdraw money.

    Thanks again for the suggestions.  I did a little revamping and I was contacted by a potential buyer.  I think it may have been a scam because the buyer would not answer any of the questions that are included in the gig nor would the buyer answer any questions posed in the Fiverr message  exchange.  The buyer stopped responding to my messages.  Perhaps the buyer found a different seller and that is fine.  At least I was contacted.

     

    That is a 100% scam, but it has to happen at a start, it's a tough way to get through !

  7. Don't discourage yourself ! I see that order cancellations and communication were a problem. Sometimes you just get a problematic buyer and it can lead to chatting problems, conflicts and eventually cancellations. A buyer can leave a private negative review. These new rules are much more strict and might seem unfair, but you will have to wait for about 3 months more - the most important thing is that you're doing a great job with old customers.

  8. You can no longer work as a seller, only as a buyer. From what I see, the problem was that you were offering to physically meet and photograph people, which would be an off fiverr work.
