It all depends on what the buyer searches (keywords). So you can do that also and check on which page is your gig. Please don't use third-party tools. They are not authorised by Fiverr. Also, check impressions, clicks, and whether your gig is active on the gig page of your profile.

Unfortunately, one bad review like that can do great damage. Also, you can customize your profile a bit, there are some language errors. You say you have "too much" experience - like you want to level it down.

Using a VPN is not recommended by Fiverr. Changing location with a VPN leads to a ban. I am not the one who banned you, I am just providing the info I found on our database about your account. The profile Yahya which you used to make money was banned due to a fake ID - fake location. Yehia's profile is banned for being a clone account. Try to explain your situation to the provided email but I am not sure that they will accept explanations such as - created second acc just to communicate with Fiverr staff, changed location by mistake.

Accept the order. Just tell him that he doesn't use the exact same phrase IF he wants to leave a comment, because that might give you another warning. And please, no outside Fiverr communication, since he is now present on Fiverr.

You have good stats and an interesting gig. Just continue with work and wait 17 days you will level up (because of the previous warning )

You opened a ticket, wait and see what the CS has to say. Maybe the system detected that one user made 2 identical reviews on your profile. I see that you had violations before - fake photo etc. Also, you could improve your on-time delivery, so you can get back to level 1.

You had 2 accounts. The other one is almost 3 years old and you made some money. This one "yehiaidlbi" was made 2 months ago. You shouldn't have created 2. Also, your location is Germany in the old one, and Romania in the new one. You have loggings from US. Can you explain this please ?

Unfortunately, you can't change your username. You can deactivate your accountand create a new one.
Remember, having 2 accounts is not allowed.

The CS could ban his IP since he doesn't come from countries where numerous households share the same IP. Then again, he can change the IP/use VPN. They can ban his PayPal mail or credit card, he will get tired of changing payment methods.

It is time to increase the price of your work. You've got good reviews and no reason to underestimate your work, plus a lot of buyers will think "Oh another 5 bucks worker". Buyers will run away from these prices because they will think that you provide low quality work.

99% internet problem, not a bug. Check your internet speed and ping. Check the profile with different devices or browsers. If the problem persists, contact support@fiverr.com. Also, pay attention to which section of the forum you use for your post.

It doesn't matter whether they see it as a first or second warning, by the look of the message, I am 99% sure that if you make a similar violation you will get a restriction/ban.
