And I don't see support changing their decision. Rarely they do , even when us mods interfere. I don't think there will be an option for you to level up anymore.

I am sorry, my mistake. Usually, they restrict after discovering clones. Nevertheless, the problem is that they won't answer you because their decision is final. You can only work with old customers and cannot participate in the level system. It's like you are banned, but you are not banned. I don't think that many users will be satisfied with this kind of situation.

Don't discourage yourself ! I see that order cancellations and communication were a problem. Those are the rules, you can't set a lower price for that service. You might want to change your English level from fluent to basic. The buyers can easily see that this info is not true.

I don't see any restrictions on your account. But if you say that your brother just started from the same ip, you might get restricted/flagged. He could have just opened an account from a different ip address.
