    • I was notified this morning that my order Order number
      #FO830A7427308 was canceled without explanation. The first issue is that the order was in 2 parts, the first being FO1123C51E045 that I paid for but never received the file since he was going to be using the same file for the second part FO1123C51E045. Canceling the second order has resulted in me only being credited for the second order, not the first. More importantly, no explanation was given for canceling the second order. I had not requested it, and I don't believe requested it. Please refund my total amount paid for BOTH orders and also provide me with an explanation for canceling. I would also like to know if the reason for the cancelation was security-related. It would be nice to know if I should be concerned about the integrity of my account.
