  1. In my view, there isn't much distinction between a "new seller" and a "level one" seller. Similarly, I don't see a significant difference between a "new seller", a "level one" seller, and a newly promoted "level two" seller. What really matters, in my opinion, are the quantity and quality of the reviews.

    Even at level two, I experienced periods without any orders.

    I don't think it's low either. It took me a long time with effort and strategy to up my average selling price... I started with mostly $5 orders.

    Even though my success manager advised me against it, she pointed me the right direction for both pro and trs.

    My success manager suggested that my "Average Selling Price," which was around $180 at the time, was too low for a Pro Seller.

    I believe everything will fall into place as long as one understands how momentum works.

  4. My transition to Pro Seller from Level Two did not result in an increase in my earnings, and I didn't up my fee either (still haven't).

    I initially felt quite perplexed when my success manager advised me not to upgrade. But in hindsight, I think she may have been correct. After the upgrade, I noticed a decrease in order volume. Had I not strategically expanded my services, I believe my revenue might have dipped as a Pro Seller compared to when I was at Level Two.

    In my opinion, if you are a Level Two seller who regularly receives inquiries and secures new orders every couple of days, you likely have what it takes to transition to a Pro Seller (if you got the credentials / merits). At the time, my "Pro gig" had about 17 or 18 reviews and, despite being substantially under-reviewed (I estimate that only 20-30% of my clients leave a review), it was doing well with at least 1 new order every 5 days.

  5. Attaining the Fiverr Pro status is challenging, albeit slightly less so than achieving the Top Rated Seller (TRS) status, since it is predominantly based on merits. TRS is much harder to get.

    Though I had applied multiple times for the Pro badge, my efforts had been unsuccessful despite using identical credentials. However, during my recent application, I submitted compelling evidence of my expertise, as seen through the successful outcomes of my projects for Fiverr's clients.

    When starting out, new Pro Sellers may find themselves at a slight disadvantage until they get their first few sales. In my opinion, their average selling price could be somewhat low, making it difficult for them to compete against longstanding sellers who have higher selling prices and established profiles.

    While it's perceived that Pro Sellers possess superior skills and expertise, presenting them with more growth opportunities, I think that a newcomer to the Pro Seller status, especially one with few reviews, might still have difficulty growing initially due to their scarcity of reviews. I will recommend a conversion instead.

  6. It's not a technical problem, rather it seems to be related to Fiverr's "gig rotation" protocol. This is a mechanism in which they periodically "rotate" sellers to feature different ones.

    Also, the services you offer are quite common, so I can understand why this might happen occasionally.

    I experienced the same issue once. Despite having a lot of of orders and it being one of my most successful months (at that time) without any negative reviews, there was a sudden drop in my impressions. As a result, I received only 2 or 3 orders over the next two months and these were from previous customers.

    Yet, strangely enough, things bounced back to normal on their own without me taking any particular action.

    I agree with this perspective. I designed my first few gig images by myself. After engaging the services of other designers (on Fiverr), I got visually appealing images that not only looked good to me but also boosted my confidence in their ability to attract more interest from potential clients.

    However, I must point out that optimizing your gig image is only part of the equation. Your ability to communicate effectively with potential clients is ultimately what makes the real difference.

  8. To be honest, I find the original post in this thread to be quite provocative. The author starts by mentioning his Muslim identity, then discusses peace and neutrality, all while subtly threatening about "making informed decisions about our continued participation".

    Genuine neutrality would involve avoiding threats while trying to make a point. Perhaps this was why the responses weren't friendly exchanges.

    If I were moderating this forum (which, fortunately, I am not), I would close or delete this thread, possibly even issuing a warning or suspension to the author.

    But that's just my opinion.

  9. Why not consider withdrawing to your bank via Payoneer?

    Avoid using someone else's account. If you do, it's likely your account could be flagged as illegitimate. After all, you've verified your account with legitimate ID, haven't you?

    If you haven't done so yet, it's just a matter of time.

    Being direct with my clients is important to me. This approach has led to mixed reactions - some find my blunt nature offensive, even going as far as to hurl insults. However, many appreciate my straightforwardness, seeing it as a positive trait and subsequently deciding to become my clients.

    I can imagine this to seriously bring down my ratings... lol.

    I've been troubling over an issue for a while now. I keep receiving notifications on both my mobile device and browser indicating that I have between 29 to 31 unread messages, along with some other persistent notifications.

    Despite clicking on them, all the messages remain marked as "unread" and the notifications continue to stay visible.

    Does anyone have a solution for removing these pesky notifications?

    There's often a need for significant communication with the customer service team to ensure they fully understand the issue. They tend to provide basic answers without delving into specific details.

    Regarding any legal action, it might not be worthwhile. Implementing any legal plan in Pakistan could be challenging due to enforcement issues.

    Moving forward, take this as a learning experience. Make sure to firmly insist on cancellation if a similar situation arises in the future.
