    If you can do good marketing, that would be great. But if you are spamming social media, you will face a lot of problems. Otherwise, it is okay.

    Randomly social media gig link sharing, one kind of spamming. most of people doing this wrong thing. in your social media there most of your friends, family or known people but they're not your potential CUSTOMER. 🙂

    You need to know where your customers are and where to find them. and you have to marketing your gig accordingly, unnecessary sharing on social media is not good at all.

    What @newsmike is telling, is the truth. Fiverr puts the gigs that make money high in the search results. A $5 gig with no sales is not going to stay long on the first page. And the chance that it gets there is low.

    All the talk about SEO, social media, and staying active or online is not working.

    Can I say that Fiverr gig SEO nonsense thing or overrated myth? I mean, some folks added image alt text, repeating the same keyword in the price description, gig description, title, and even the images!

    Fiverr username and Fiverr forum username is different.

    I think someone else got a "1" added to the end of their forum username that wasn't in their Fiverr username but I'm not sure why that was (but since it was so rare maybe it was something to do with the system making sure there were no duplicates).

    You could ask/report it to the forum admins (or main create a support ticket for it on the main site) in case it's some bug in the way it converts the Fiverr site username to the forum one.

    Thank you. i got it, what you trying to say. I will definitely reach out to support. However, it's been almost two years, and I've become used to this username. I haven't face any issues with it so far. 🙂
