Hey @rakibul515 as for my past experience in fiverr, I would say as a new seller you should expact less from fiverr.
Yes, I amn't saying luck isn't a factor. but as seller it takes time to grow in fiverr (Think you should be thinking fiverr as business stand point & business takes time to get profitable)
So I would you suggest you to optimize your gig more and best thing to do right now would be, research the specific service that you are giving right now in fiverr searches. (by that you would get a idea what the lvl2 or the top rated/experienced sellers are doing & if you are doing something wrong or not on your pov)-

I guess your profile looks good enough
but on my point of view I would recommend simple minimalistic your gig images, that would be more user friendly as you can imagine no one reads all of the details from only gig image!
Beside that choose your gig tags carefully as it would be playing a great role for ranking!-

Yes cancelling your order often can effect your gig rank (I had some past experience)
Cancelling order does effect your order completion rate and surely that isn't best thing for your gig!-

I am facing the same issue…
the rating was 4.7 star the buyer gave a honest review I totally respect that and he was totally satisfied…
But for that 4.7 star review my gig sudden dropped to 4th page:(

Thank you for replying teachernita , My client gave me 3 stars although he liked the design in the inbox. and no i did not made any change to my gigs.
Regarding this you can’t do anything… rating has a role in fiverr algorithm or rotation…
Best solution for you that gaining orders from buyer request and maintain daily basis order…
I hope in the next evaluation the gig rotation can be on the first pages regarding your services!

Suppose you are a logo designer, For that as the requirement you can ask the buyer what will be the preferable color for the logo and that will be the inspiration?
When the buyer purchases your gig package they will be going through those specific question that you need regarding the project…

As far I know, fiverr doesn't have a refunding system but a buyer & seller can cancel the order by opening a mutual dispute in any unwanted situation.
As the buyer ordered a gig extra, you should reachout the fiverr support regarding this situation.
