when you deliver a project please add an image that will show as a review image afterward

as. fiverr has disabled your friend's account, they are the only one who knows what was the reason, you guys can politely ask the support team for a followup but I don't think so it will help - as the ID has been disabled, there is no way back here 😞

Yes, extra revisions and changes can be added as a service add-on.
So a buyer has a option to purchase extra revision if needed.

but usually we as a seller can offer custom offer where we can adjust every specific requirement according to the client's input.
if the client want to add 5 or 10 revisions that can be done too!

• Optimising a gig desc with proper keywords

• Flawless communication with every clients
• Lastly review does matter as it make your service more approchable

Please explore successful gig on your skill sets, learn from their adjustment and improve your gigs, that will surely attract more customer and generate more order.
