Government was overthrown - due to the recent protest and government's unresponsive measures, Army took over the country, due to the recent protest network connection is very unstable. I have just received a mail from fiverr.

We are really hoping all the sellers will be back on track very soon.

in this specific situation if sharing your mail address isn't crucial for your order completion - you should say this

"As a seller, we aren't allowed to share our personal mail address to avoid communication outside the marketplace - we do have all communication methods right here built into Fiverr - if you have any questions regarding the order process please feel free to share that with me"

the first suggestion from my end would be to add more images to showcase your past work - so that it is easy for the visitors, morally our goal is to stand out from our sellers and make our services more appealing to the buyer. (Adding a gig video explaining your services will be helpful too)

was the order placed?
In the order process the seller isn’t responding?

if thats the case, if the delivery clock is ticking please wait till that finishes, seller should deliver the visuals within tht timeframe, if the designer still doesn’t respond to your request you reachout the support team, explaining what is the issue - they will solve the issue👨‍💻

i think you are lacking on commucation skills, you aren’t able to convert your messages to real sales. promoted gigs feature doesn’t ensure you sales, you have to get your sale through your commucation.

there can be another reason why your gig isn’t performing as expected.

another aspect here - they can use your mail to spam you with different mail pretending to be fiverr🤔
