Usually creating an effective gig that reflects your services will surely attract buyers - yes old sellers are in a better position here:)
But please also remember - we who are serving as a freelancer for a while were also new sellers too^_^
The thing that will make you unique is your valuable communication skills and after sells services

@masud_ranah Fiverr suggests you avoid remote access tools like anydesk or teamviewer for your own safety cause in this process both side can take control and cause harm to your valuable machine and resources

First of all - we as a seller are prohibited to contact buyers outside the fiverr.com🧑💼
the best approach on this would be - just a friendly msg to the buyer that we as a seller are not allowed to continue conversation outside our marketplace, please feel free to in fiverr we have all the methods of communication🖥️

You do have 4 orders in Queue, you are doing great as a seller better than avg.
if you are facing fewer orders, and clicks on your gig the most suited thing would be to check your gig keyword & organize them correctly.-

In this situation the best option is canceling the order by opening a mutual dispute, but If the order isn't canceled there is a chance of getting a bad review from the specific client. That will hurt the most as a new seller...
If the client doesn't agree with opening a mutual dispute for the cancellation, best thing to do would be reaching out the support team regarding this. If you have valid reasons to cancel the order, They will definitly help you out.

stay more frequent and be responsive always.
