  1. why would i go to customer support for extending time? I don’t get it what you’re saying. I don’t have any problem of “late delivery” because i already delivered one month ago. Please read my query again
  2. Well its been more than 28days i’m facing this problem. One month ago a buyer came to me and said he needed a landing page for his ecommerce site. It was a coming soon landing page with a countdown timer for one month(till 18january 2020). I designed the page a delivered in time. Then he requested a revision saying “sending contents for images” that means he wanted to replace the images with his own but unfortunately its been whole one month he didn’t provide me the images so that i can replace and redeliver the product. I messaged him asking for images for so much time but he not even tried to reply me. Yes he comes online but ignores my messages. In his profile it shows new five star reviews that means he’s buying services on fiverr from other sellers. Today is 16january 2020 and the countdown timer will be closed 18january. I’m scared if he wants refund after 18jan even though he used my product for one whole month. Now what can i do? Should i keep silence? Any suggestions for me?
  3. I want to know if i can use “lightsot” screenshot tool to show a particular things to the buyers. I already use it but still want to know if i should stop using this to show screenshot or not. (lightshot capture screenshot and upload it to server and gives us a link to that screenshot) Thanks
  4. hmmmmm if you think you have edited the video as per his requirements then you can deliver it. Or if the buyer didn’t send you what you need to get started and time left a little then send him a “time extend” request. Or if you think buyer asked for revision and didn’t mention that what he wants to change then don’t worry, it won’t effect your on time delivery.
  5. Is there any prohibition on fiverr that every seller must write in english while having conversion? I can speak spanish very basic but with the help of google translator i can communicate with the buyers in spanish. i want to know if i will get any warning if i chat in other language(the buyer speaks). Thanks
  6. I’m a new seller and i always try to do it. I always ask my buyer if they need anything else. I always try to let them know that i’m always there to help them. Thanks for sharing a good advice.
