Yeah, For the last few months, I tried everything I could. The ironic part is that Most of the reasons they claim it should be, should apply to everybody! Not only a fraction of us! I mean, right... There are always some buyers who don't care and don't push the voting buttons carefully, Right!!! But you can't say that all of us here in this thread, have "careless" or "harsh" or "bad" clients... And for others, it is all beautiful, scientists, healthy clients. Hypocritic clients (those who say it is great and 5 star, and then they leave negative marks on the private question ) are for everyone. Why They Impacted us only, and others are just Okay! It is just nonsense! I guess we will never know it, because there are no logic behind it. It should be some bugs or error behind this.

That is funny! You may see on this topic: that only SOME OF US have issues with the new scoring system and some others haven't faced it yet!

Soooo weird. I think it is about the moment that some people show up and talk about that mockery "Private question" thing. They always claim that there MIGHT be some negative ones in the private questions. The question remains; All everyone that much hypocritic to say other wise in their private questions?! I mean... 100 Hypocratics? It is just fun!

Actually, I think that is good enough to rise to the upper ranks. I have no rich answer to your question, mainly because this new thing is ambiguous for me as well! So I have some questions; How did you get that success score? Could you find a working method to improve it?

Hi, My name is Majid, and I do motion graphics and animations on Fiverr. It is my 6th year on Fiverr as a seller and a lot of experience... I was qualified for top seller rank. For the last 2 years I have been experiencing a decline in my clients and around 4 months ago, my account was restricted for a few days due to some tax issue. Since then, My gig's impressions have gone down to zero. And that means literally no clients. I had a few dollars from past buyers, or another one from a guy I met in the hotel. But It didn't help to get buyer success to move up from 4. Those were very easy jobs and my clients were supper happy about it, so that means I had probably the best ratings in the private questions as well. Before, If I had some bad experience on Fiverr, I might lose my ratings for a 60-day period but then, again I could see a rise up in my statistics and a new opportunity to show up. But in the new algorithm, I am stuck in this situation. I have no ranks due to a reboot in the fiverr algorithm and I can not boost my success score either, even with new clients I bring from outside of Fiverr in person! I am promoting my Fiverr account face to face now :)) In the hotel, on the train, on the plane 🙂 It just sounds Fiverr doesn't want me on their platform anymore. Can you suggest some tips? Is there any way out of this situation? Any similar issues you might experienced?

I'm not sure how to articulate this; But this private questions following the review, somehow provoke buyer to leave negative feedback! I don't know how to prove this theory; it could perhaps stem from a moral quandary inherent to human nature.

I see this "Private question" a very unpopular thing! I mean... It sounds very hypocritical!!! The client says you are the best of the best ... yeahhhh... blah blah blah... and then BEHIND you: It was poor! Its just sick. Did you ask your seller what you need??? Alright, Fiverr some how concluded they should have this "private question" thing on their platform. Alright.... but, Should this hypocritical thing have that much of density?! That much effective?! I don't think so!

There is no "secret sauce". Ingredients are obvious. It is obvious what Fiverr aiming for. Fiverr wants Faster and sustainable income. Like every other companies. That literally means Sellers should: Deliver faster, (Like as before) Avoid cancellations (Like as before) Absorb more customers; which literally means better communication and engagements (which might be new in the new evaluation system using AI, via monitoring chats), Good reviews (Like as before) Good feedback on Private questions(Like as before) They might want to get rid of slow income services like Animation and Motion graphics. Not sure. They might think like, Okay, every category will have it's inherent competition, so It will be ranked according to the category characteristics, and for that, they will be using AI again. But I am not sure if it works correctly and there will be some bleeding in the new system. It will effectively help to get rid of scammers though. They still will have the "newcommers" support, because they will not be able to remove that unspoken rule.

As far as I know and see and analyzed the new system, I can never rise again on fiverr with the new evaluating system. My gig's impression, from >10k went down to <30 now. I can never get any new order again, to prove my talents to the new system any more. Before I was qualified for top seller level. Now I am zero level.

My pricing for animation services is structured based on priority, considering factors such as the time dedicated to a project, video duration, and the complexity of characters and scenes. The latter two factors are inherently encompassed within the time spent on a project.

Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Hand Brake (for resizing video. I thought I have to mention it 🙂 )

Short answer: Gig's description, Price, one Image, Keywords I was thinking the same way! For years, I hesitated to make any changes, as I was told that updating the gig could decrease impressions due to the algorithm needing time to reset. However, recently, someone pointed out a strange spacing issue in my gig's description and suggested that updating it might help. Taking their advice, I not only fixed the spacing but also completely revamped the gig with new images, tags, and relevant keywords. 2 months ago, I found myself somewhat forgotten on Fiverr (it was like so for a year). In an attempt to attract more attention, I decided to slash my rates by 70%. However, after more than two months with no significant results, I decided to revert back to my original prices. It's been an interesting experiment, but the impact on visibility and results has been mixed at best.

So, 2 days after my last update, was great! So, does updating your gig description work? I guess most probably yes 🙂

Not bad... in the 6th day after updating my gig descriptions.... I'm not excited, but it is hopeful.

From what I've observed daily, AI struggles to produce high-quality work in this area. I believe it's time for a tough decision. I'm uncertain about the prospect of receiving new orders, and even if there are some trickling in, it's been minimal over the past year. In the last two months, I've only managed around 6 orders, all with 5-star ratings and tips, but totaling less than $200 – quite low in comparison. Keeping the account feels like holding onto a lost cause, as it demands my attention with little return.
