  1. Make sure your profile and gig write-ups are perfect. Your gig images should be eye-catching but not have garish colors or too many words that add clutter. Buyers want to know what your services are quickly and will skip your gig if there is too much to read.
  2. @afiaa_anjum the posts above gave you bad advice! Even if the buyer contacts Customer Support without a seller's request, the seller may get a warning against their account for review manipulation. It is best to accept the review and move on. @donnovan86 had a buyer who genuinely made an error when creating the review, and when that buyer went to CS to correct his mistake, Donnovan got a warning.
  3. And now he is following me. I guess that was not too much work to figure out.
  4. I have signed a few in my time working on Fiverr. I checked with Customer Service, and it is not against TOS. And now you have lost a buyer. Thanks to listening to someone on the Forum who spoke without knowing TOS. Next time, wait for more answers to see if everyone agrees, or contact CS.
  5. Next, you can research what the Pro and Top Rated Sellers' gig images look like. Note that they all have only a few bold words describing their services. Buyers prefer to read only a few words on gig images. Plus, they like to see pictures of the seller. I doubt that it is you in the suit in the left image. 4 TRS gig images. Do not copy gig images or gig and profile wording, as that will get you in trouble with Fiverr.
  6. First of all, you need to improve your gig images. They are cut off.
  7. Your profile says you have been on Fiverr since October 2022.
  8. I read the buyer's comment. She wants her money back. That does not sound like someone who wants to leave a 5-star review. Did you ask the buyer to change it? If so, that is against Fiverr's TOS, and you could get a warning for it.
  9. Did you use the search bar to look for answers, or do you want to be spoon-fed the information?
  10. @sagorads , it appears you copied part of @oymusafir's post. Why would you do that?
  11. I just looked at your profile and found that you do not have even one order. Competition is tough in your niche. I think this is your problem. What are you doing to make your three gigs stand out from the 47,506 other Social Media Marketing gigs? 🤔
  12. If you use the search feature 🔍 you will find that many sellers have asked the same question. You will also be able to glean some information from those threads that could help you. Good luck.
  13. I don't think the poster understands English very well. He just welcomed Kesha to the Forum on her thread about buying Christmas services on Fiverr.
  14. It is not true. @filipdevaere has a screenshot of a maude that confirmed it is not true.
  15. SPM = Seller Plus Manager BSR = Buyer Satisfaction Rating
  16. And yet, as a proofreader, my SPM has told me I cannot rewrite any seller's gig or profile descriptions. I can only correct the English conventions. So, is it okay for a robot to do what I, as a seller, cannot? I do not have the answer to that. However, I know that "keyword stuffing" is real, and Google does not favor such content in its search algorithm. But I am not sure how Fiverr's algorithm works.
  17. If you are a Seller Plus member, your SPM can tell you if your BSR is good.
  18. I am referring to the AI-generated text that many of the Forum users use. It is very apparent that they are using it as it does not sound natural compared to their "normal" posts. Besides, what I wrote is my opinion of the way AI text sounds. It is not a fact.
  19. I have yet to look at your profile or gigs, but Fiverr's TOS says that if you use AI-generated text on your profile, you must cite the source, too.
  20. Yes, Fiverr is a matching service. They match the buyers with the sellers they feel are right for the job.
  21. Yes, about 70% was your words. However, this part was not: As @vibronx pointed out, people come here to talk to other people not to interact with robots. If you stay around the Forum for long you will see that AI-generated posts are quickly removed. So, the next time @startalent2024, you want to use AI-generated text, please tell the reader that is what you are doing. However, the best thing to do is use your own words. AI-generated wording is too flowery and unnatural.
  22. There is a place in the Resolution Center to give your buyer a partial refund. Perhaps that would satisfy them. Out of curiosity, have you seen this magazine's article on AI Art?
