So i have a gig that i only promote to existing clients as continuation. The description on it is not made to sell to new clients. Basically the description is "This gig is used mostly as a continuation gig for our existing customers." 102 reviews of 5 star, 2 reviews of 4 star. Not a single refund, cancelation, late delivery, all perfect. 99% of the clients on it are returning customers for continuation on initial gigs that were on same topic. This gig has a success score of 4 🤡 Please cancel this new system until you fix it because right now it's not working.

the new algorithm is a joke it ignores 98% satisfied buyers who dont bother clicking 30 times on 5 pages to give secret feedback and they just skip and a few "special" clients (we all have those) will make sure they get you 1 star everywhere. so those 1% decide the quality score sellers with fewer orders have fewer chances to get the "special" buyers

Fiverr should acknowledge this new system is garbage and scrap it all together. You have 100 clients, 95 are happy and don't bother with hidden reviews, 2 leave negative hidden reviews and you get a success score of 4. This system is a nightmare for old sellers with lots of completed orders.

this system makes no sense gig 1 : 2000 orders, 5* overall, 50% returning customers, 0.1% cancelation rate = success rate 4 gig 2 : 3 orders, 5*, 0% returning customers, 25% cancelation rate = success rate 8 simply there are no words to describe this, it's a bad joke

the 1st chapter success rate ? it makes absolutely zero sense gig 1 : 2000 orders, 5* rating, 50% returning customers = success rate 4 ; gig 2 : 3 orders, 5* star rating, 0% returning customers = success rate 8
