How do I get order refund?

Seller did not follow instructions and mutually agreed to cancel order, ask me to to do it, how?

I did resolutions center and filled out a request and it said “Request not yet submitted. Please check your email to verify and submit your request”

Ask the seller to cancel from their end. It’s their problem, they should sort it out.
