Unable to read message

Hi ya folks, I have just recieved an inbox message that straight away I cant read. It has a red flag and states (******* will no longer be able to contact you. Submit an unspam request to undo this.) why is this?

Then do not worry about it.
Fiverr has MOST PROBABLY identified that account as a spammer.

Thus flagging it and not allowing you to make further contact for your own safety.
