So if you have $12 in your account, is it smart to withdraw it or wait until you have more money?

Small or Large the charges don’t change.
Say you are charged 20% per withdrawal
so 10$ - 20% = 8$
100$-20%= 80$

I decided to withdraw on a weekly or monthly basis.
