One of my buyers are not anymore available

Hello ! please help me, i dont know what to do, one of my buyers are not anymore available. he bought a gig, and now i cant even acces his account, and maybe he cant see any of my mails.

what to do with this gig ? he didnt provide me script for video…

and also, one more question, why i cant see anymore how many unread notifications i have ?

This happened to me before - the gig gets cancelled.

Just get in touch with Customer Support and they will sort it out.
