Live portfolio not updating regularly!

My live portfolio is not updating regularly!
I saw other seller’s profile to check if they are facing this problem too but i saw some gigs where portfolio has been updated recently.

My portfolio didn’t update for 10 days and then automatically updated a single image 4 days ago and again went into nonfunctional state.

As buyers judge the caliber of a designer from the artwork he has done, It matters to me at large extent.
Any solutions? or does the buyer has a option whether to choose to show his work on the seller’s portfolio or not?

Your last point is correct - the buyer has to agree to show their work in your portfolio.

If they don’t tick the box, your portfolio doesn’t get updated I’m afraid.
