I just noticed that you don’t write about Europe. thanks.”I literally got an order asking me to cancel the order in the buyer’s instructions area.Don’t ask me why this guy didn’t just refrain from clicking the “order” button.Or why he thinks I don’t write about Europe.Can anyone help me? Guest shubh2012 Posted November 28, 2016 Share Posted November 28, 2016 Go to the order page and then click on Resolve Now.Enter your reason.A countdown for 48hours will start which exactly shows the time for a buyer to cancel the order or just let it go anyhow.If he cancels the order it will be a mutual cancellation and it will not affect your cancellation rate. That will have effects on your rankings if you allow many orders to do so. Speaking from personal experience here, as I was wrongly adviced it would not have effect! miiila Posted November 29, 2016 Share Posted November 29, 2016 Alternatively just tell Customer Support about the issue and they´ll cancel the order for you without it affecting your rating, they did that for me too, when a Buyer was confused.
