I don’t know if this applies to you, but the user you are talking about has a FAQ that says this:

Why PNG file is not showing up?
Some image previewer software does not support png file. So instead of checking png file i would suggest you “upload it on teespring.com” or your on your design upload platform

I would suggest that you ask the seller about it before you submit a ticket to Customer Support. A moderator removed the user’s name from your post earlier because the forum rules forbids negative calling out of buyers or sellers by name.
