Finding and engaging top buyers

I’d love it if I could search for top buyers, see if my work can interest them.
I’m trying to improvise a way…

I don’t know how you would do this and stay within the terms of service. Contacting buyers directly is prohibited. The only way to contact buyers is through Buyers Request and an offer. You may NOT find a profile and click contact and then message them with an offer or something of the like. That’s called spam.

So, I think it’s a bad suggestion, as the sheer amount of spam buyers would get would likely run them all away.
