How I answer a personal command from a buyer

I have a personal commande of a buyer,
but for respond of his question, it’s me show a message
"(name of buyer) may not be contacted at this time."
can you help me please.

If you are just trying to click on the contact button for a buyer that has not contacted you, you will get a message like that because unsolicited messages cannot be sent to someone who has no gigs.

If you are trying to reply to the person, that means that the person has either been blocked from messages or has lost their account. They have either sent spam or abusive messages or have done something else wrong. It’s not a potential buyer anymore, sorry!
