Well actually you can be both… you can be a seller and a buyer in the same time “as me” and a lot of people on Fiverr, it’s now about who you are but what you do somehow here sometimes I guess.

You can get orders by seeing the “buyers requests” and send an offer to them -if you think that you can do what they need-. and you can also create your own Gigs in your profile and promote them via social media or more…
