WHEN will features be put in place to STOP UNWANTED BUYERS/Avoid cancellations on inappropriate REQS

I am trying so hard to maintain 100% and specifically state that ALL BUYERS MUST CONTACT ME FOR RATES AND APPROVAL PRIOR to ordering… and sure enough I wake up to a ridiculous request and ORDER placed with no option but to force cancellation or request and wait… Are any features being implemented that can require BUYERS To go through some sort of questionnaire to confirm an order before placing it OR actually giving SELLERS the option to APPROVE OR DENY an order before the clock is started and expectation set that it’s our responsibility to deliver all the time for gigs that are clearly NOT apart of our gig offerings??? please help! It’s the most frustrating thing ever… thanks.

I feel your frustration but I don’t think a questionaire would be the answer. I think it would hinder sales. Sometimes you just have to request a mutual cancellation; It happens.
