How can I recover from near zero orders, 50% cancellation and droping page views

Hello everyone,
In the past two weeks or more my page views, clicks, and orders on my two most selling gigs have dropped drastically. Worse of all, I can’t find myself at a reasonable point on the gig listing. I don’t know if my recent cancellation of orders is the cause of this, it seems so as my order cancellation percentage has risen to 50%. Please, how do I change the path of my plummeting sales? I am open to any suggestion
