How to remove negative feedback.?

The buyer is not responding,

I have contacted buyer more than 10 times in 15 days but buyer is not replying.

How to remove negative feedback please tell.

Due to negative feedback i think i am not be able to get more orders.

i have also contacted fiverr support.but fiverr staff is saying that they cant do anything without buyer consent,I said i have contacted the buyer several times but he is not replying.After that fiverr staff is not replying to my questions.
