Withdrawing funds for sellers

I have used fiverr. I am nopt a seller. I had a n order cancelled by the seller and now show a blance of $10. How do I get or apply my $10? It seems that there is only an option for withdrawing funds for sellers

I guess you can’t withdraw balance from a cancelled order, you can only use it for another order, not a cool thing but what can we do :3

To use the balance just chose a gig and click purchase or buy and it will use that balance to purchase it

You can’t withdraw a fiverr balance. As stated in the tos you agreed to when you signed up, refunds will be fiverr credit.

Be sure to either pick a gig that is the same or lower than your credit. If the gig you want is more than $10, you’ll need to ask the seller to make you 2 custom quotes. One should be for 10 and used first so your credit is used. The second quote is for the balance and you’ll be taken to the external payment option.

ok. i tried purchased a $50 gig and as per fonthaunt commment above I was not given an option to use my balance. I will use it on a $10 gig or have future ones broken up

hello, you can’t withdraw the fund if seller cancel order. But, you can use the fund for any purchasing a gig in fiverr 🙂
