From Level two to Level One due to new metric system

Hi, 
I have been here on Fiverr for the last 4 to 5 years. I worked day and night to achieve my goals as a seller. 
Reached level two and completed Top Rated requirements,
Then it comes. the new rating system, Went down immediately to level one due to that, 
getting work mostly from repeat buyers and occasionally new ones, The Rating is not going up I don't know why,

I only have like 3 bad reviews with an overall 4.9 profile rating,
stuck at 6 success score 6 from the last 5 months. 

Can anyone provide their feedback in this regard?

Hey,
same thing happened with me, 
past 5-6 years good reviews, good outcome
after new system, stuck at SS 6,
and after completing new orders, its not moving
waiting for customer support
