Stuck with money on the Buyer balance. Please Help!

I recently got a $4 refund to my Buyer balance. Now I cannot get it out, I want to spend it but can’t, since the lowest price Fiverr can have is $4.50 (20% off pro code with $0.50 processing fee).

To make matter worst, we cannot deposit the money to the Buyer balance. So basically I loss my money for no reason, it just stuck there and I can’t do anything about it. Can’t get it out. Can’t buy anything with it.

What you can do is you can ask a seller to make a custom offer for $4 which allows you to use the balance first and then a second offer for the remaining price.
