I don’t remember what I complained about but his response was surprisingly off subject like who are you to complain to us about anything we don’t have to deal with you at all.
They ban people from their site all the time for all sorts of small things. You get a feel for that attitude the people at the site have once you deal with others not in customer service and it’s scary. It wasn’t a memory I wanted to hang onto.
