Not many people browsing that category will want what I offer
Imo, what I offer is unique and something a musician would buy.

Try creating 2 gigs and put one in the Music Category and the other one in Video and then compare which one will have more impressions. At the beginning it’s always important to test the things out and see how they will work out for you 🙂 Consistency is the key! Your gig is unique and I am sure will be very interested for a lot if buyers here.
