The seller wants more money before reviewing his first work he sent me

I am very dissatisfied with fiver. I bought a logo, and before the FIRST reviewing(modifying) the seller asks more money. I think its not loyal. On the webpage there is no possibility to send a complain. Also on the webpage they advertise logos, with unlimited changes until the buyer will accept it. I feel disappointed, I feel fiver just wanted me to buy and now they ask more money.
