jpormento
Hello.I’m a seller and I got some problems with my past few orders that resulted in late deliveries and cancellations.I was able to work it out with my buyers and they agreed to remove the negative feedback they have given to me.The problem is they don’t know how. They can’t see anything that they can do about the feedback they’ve given to me even if they go to the order page where they originally posted the feedback. Is there a way for them to do that or do we really have to contact customer support about it? Our messages are proof that both parties are okay about it too anyway.

jpormento
Ah I see. Thanks. So it the option to change the feedback given does disappear after a few days. Thank you vedmak. I guess it’s just right for me to contact customer support after all.
