Professions Tab disappeared from my profile

I have been invited by Fiverr to apply to the new feature "Professions" which leaded to a new catalogue of freelancers who could be browsed by professions.

I was uploading my profession as Illustrator which required 2 project. I uploaded my first project and my profession was in draft mode,

The following day, I was trying to upload my second project but I sadly discovered that the PROFESSIONS TAB has disappeared from my profile.

 

I wrote to the support and they replied with non sense replies, talking about gigs while I was talking about professions.

Has anyone experienced the disappearing of professions tab from the profile too?

How can I make UNDERSTAND this support people to reintegrate it again?

A quick update on this issue! FIVERR invited me and I did not ask to be invited in this catalogue!

- 3 days wasting time with the Support which was replying me about GIGS while I was talking about PROFESSIONS

and finally they decided to send this email.

By the way, Fiverr I am Romy, not "Hey Seller's Name".

If I were a manager in Fiverr, I would have fired some people for sure.

I would like to do so because I don't like to waste my life this way, but it will be another waste of time. I am confused right now if investing my time on Fiverr has been a good choice 😞

Customer support platforms use automated replies and structures. It automatically places your name in the "Hi" part of the response. Something probably went wrong with the system, which is why you received the placeholder text. This happens with (almost) every large corporation handling high-ticket traffic.

The "auto responses" are developed to convey information clearly to users and save time when a certain question or topic arises.

This is all pretty common knowledge.

Related to your message and screenshot:

I don't really see the issue here. They accidentally invited you to a program that you don't meet the requirements for yet. That is exactly what they are telling you. I also don't see anything related to GIG in the response from Fiverr CS.

You state this, but again, just like the Customer Support mail is saying: You got invited, by accident. 

What do you expect?
