Needs help with Fiverr Support

Hello everyone 

Have been go through some Issues with Fiverr responses, some months ago my account was disabled in which i have funds on it and it's right time now to withdraw the fund, but I have issues with my security question in which have been able to reach out to Fiverr for their support some many times.

And my questions goes thus, have anyone encounter the same issues with Fiverr support?
