50 reviews, over 50 orders but still in Level 1 seller

Hi, in fiver when a seller gets 50 orders then he becomes Level 2 seller but I have 50 reviews and over 50 orders with 96% Positive Rating but still I am in Level 1 seller. Cant understand why it is happening. Can anybody tell me the reason? Thanks.

How long you have completed over 50 orders? you know when you complete 50 order in 2 months then you get reached level 2…
