What happens if a seller does work for someone then the buyer receives the work and wants to cancel

hi all i need some advice im a seller on here and been doing really well

anyway ive had a buyer order from me shes had the work delivered and is now wanting to cancel no reason given? ive now declined the request as i worked hard on this …what happens with this please?

oh and i have to ask just out of interest is this like ebay where if a buyer leaves you bad feedback you can get it removed lol

It is always best to negotiate a truce with such buyers or get them to assure you that your work won’t be used anywhere.

If they accept this terms, you can go ahead with the cancellation and negative reviews removal
