Instant Messaging or auto message alert

Hope you all are doing good and enjoying your lives with fiverr. Today during a rapid discussion with one of my client i was just thinking that if fiverr have inbuilt instant chat option like Facebook or at-least message counts indicator on top menu automatically update with some soft alert. It would be very helpful. As every time i refresh the page than i get any new message alert. This is my kind suggestion

I agree i am tired of having to to go fiverr site and answer each time get with the times fiverr when do orders we need faster communication with our customers.

I am not a big fan of a Facebook-like chat option, I feel it’s more professional that we stick to an e-mail sort of conversation.
